Privacy Policy
Plain and short, because that's the whole point.
This page explains what happens to the information you share with Coral's Cottage. There are no accounts to create, and nothing here is used to advertise to you.
What I collect
When you fill out the pre-order form, the events form, the wholesale form, or the email signup, I receive the details you type in: your name, phone, email, the items you'd like, your date, and whether you want pickup or delivery. That's it.
How I use it
Your information is used to reply to you, confirm your order, and arrange pickup or delivery. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising.
How the forms work
The forms are delivered to my inbox through Scroll Theory Forms, an in-house form service that passes your message along and keeps a copy so nothing gets lost. It isn't used to build advertising profiles.
How I see what's working
This site uses Microsoft Clarity to help me understand how people actually use it. It records anonymous playback of a visit: which pages you looked at, how far you scrolled, and where you clicked or tapped. That shows me the parts that are confusing or broken, like a button that’s hard to reach on a phone. What you type into a form is hidden from the recording, so I can see that a box was filled in but not what you put in it. It also sets a cookie so a return visit isn’t counted twice.
None of this is tied to your name, none of it is sold, and none of it is used to advertise to you. The recordings go to Microsoft, whose own privacy terms cover how they store them. If you'd rather not be included, any ad blocker will stop it, and blocking it doesn't break anything on the site.
